4. App Distribution and Security

You may download and install Anime Realm only from our official website or authorized platforms, such as the Google Play Store. Downloading the app from any other source is strictly prohibited and may expose you to security risks.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, decode, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the app or any part of it
• Copy, distribute, or share any modified, "cracked," or unauthorized versions of the app

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Anime Realm app, website, logo, branding, graphics, design, software code, and all related materials (collectively, the "Content") are owned by Anime Realm or its licensors. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6. User Content

Anime Realm may allow you to submit or post content, such as comments, reviews, ratings, or other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any User Content you submit.

By submitting User Content, you grant Anime Realm a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

Anime Realm may provide access to anime and other content through links or integrations with third-party websites and services ("Third-Party Content"). We do not host or control any Third-Party Content and make no warranties or representations regarding its accuracy, legality, or availability.

Your interactions with Third-Party Content are solely between you and the third party. Anime Realm is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss resulting from your access to or use of any Third-Party Content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Anime Realm at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any unauthorized or unlawful use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately end.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Anime Realm makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included in the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anime Realm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
